Booking Procedure:

Make sure the dates and apartment required are available. Confirm with us by telephone or email and ask us to reserve those dates, for your requirements, garage parking etc in your name.
Deposit
 When reserved , we allow 7 days for you to arrange for us to receive your deposit. This is usually £30 per apartment, per week.

 Confirmation and Balance payment .

We will confirm your booking by post when the deposit is received. The balance is payable 4 weeks before your  arrival.

Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival date will require full immediate payment as deposit

Deposits may not be refundable in the event of cancellation
