Advance Booking:

 

Nothing would please us more than to take advance deposits and booking for 1 or two years in advance.

We do not regard this as fair to our customers and have adopted a flexible policy to ensure that our customers may reserve accommodation in advance, and still have the option to change or cancel if circumstances change without penalty.

By using this process, you may reserve accommodation, but we fix our prices in the November of each prior season. This enables us to plan and review any building alterations required , and manage our costs .We have regulations governing this business which are constantly changing, which means our costs of operating the accommodation may also change.  Our facilities are under constant review, and it is inevitable that some alterations may not please all of our customers.

1)  Check availability for the dates and flat required

2) Reserve it until the end of January of the year you wish to book by sending us an email or by other contact methods. 

3) We will provisionally book the dates for you  until December, when we will contact you with the price and any information relevant to the proposed booking.

4) If you wish to continue please send the required deposit to arrive no later than the 2nd week of February. Only at this time will you commit to the accommodation booking. Up to this point you may also alter your booking in any way without cost, if new dates or apartment is available.

You may also request to be placed on a reserve list for cancelled accommodation if the dates you require are already reserved for others. We will advise you immediately if we receive a cancellation and of course , the latest you will know for sure is the second week of February, if we do not receive the appropriate booking deposits.
