Door locking policy:

You have you apartment keys and those to the main door.

We do not currently have any restriction  for returning to the apartments and we do not lock the main door.

We would ask that when on the premises after Midnight you consider  other guests , and the fact that as we are a family establishment children may be asleep.

If there are any security issues and you find the main door locked please use the main bell for assistance or call either of our telephone  numbers displayed outside.

With the  introduction of 24 hr drinking Laws we may reconsider this policy in the future to protect our residents at unreasonable hours.

To avoid the possibility of hoax door ringers please use the isolating switch at the top of the intercom unit in your apartment  if you are not expecting visitors.

Please do not allow unknown persons into the building or you may become legally  responsible for their actions.
