Insurance:

We strongly suggest travel insurance to protect your booking and payments made.  

We do not sell insurance but details will be sent with booking forms of recommended suppliers. 

Cancellation:
 Money may not be refunded in the event of cancellation. 

We do try to rebook the accommodation and will provide a refund less expenses if we have the time to re-let . 

Cancellations should be advised to us urgently and in writing as soon as possible that cancellation is likely.
